Charging port replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The charging port is visibly broken
- The charging cable does not go all the way into the connector or does not stay connected
- The connected charger cable has to be kept at a certain angle for the console to charge
Game cartridge reader replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The game cartridge doesn't go all the way into the reader or pops out when inserted
- The console doesn't read the game and displays the following error:
"The game card could not be read. Please remove and reinsert it."
Micro SD card reader replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The micro SD memory card doesn't go all the way into the reader or pops out when inserted
- The console does not recognize the memory card inserted.
Touch screen/digitizer replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The screen is ghost touching or responding to touch incorrectly
- The screen is scratched/damaged
LCD display replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The internal display is cracked and the picture is distorted or incomplete
- Backlight is flickering or inconsistent
- You can hear the console working, but the display is blank.
Headphone jack replacement
Choose this repair if:
- Headphones would not connect or disconnects intermittently
- One of the speakers or the microphone of a known good headset isn't working
M92T36 or P13USB IC replacement
Choose this repair if:
- The console works fine in handheld mode, but it wouldn't dock (TV mode)
- The Switch stopped powering on after being used with a non-genuine accessory
- You have got the broken charging port replaced elsewhere, and you've been told that the Switch needs a logic board (motherboard) repair.
- The console powers on, but displays a message: "Error Code: 2101-0001 or Error code 2162-0002
Joy-Con repair
Choose this repair if:
- The analog control stick is drifting or doesn't click
- Any of the buttons aren't working
- The controller doesn't charge or connect to a known good console
Other issue/water damage - Diagnostics
Choose this option if none of the above options describe the issue you are having with your Nintendo Switch, and you would like us to take a look. We will thoroughly check it and provide you with a quote for the repair, which will include the €30 diagnostics fee you have already paid to order this service.
If the console turns out to be damaged beyond repair, or you decide not to accept the quote provided, the diagnostics fee will not be refunded.
